How to Book
Attendees can easily book and manage their room reservations directly through the hotel system. Please note, in order to receive the discounted rate—you must reserve your room by October 12.

Register for UGM 26.
STEP 2
From your registration confirmation email, click on the “Reservation Website” link.
STEP 3
Enter your contact information, arrival date, departure date, and any special request information.
STEP 4
Enter your credit card information.
STEP 5
Verify the accuracy of your reservation request and click on the “Book” button to complete the reservation.
STEP 6
Print a copy of your reservation request details for your records.
Hotel accommodations are the financial responsibility of each registrant. Reservations are not included in the registration fee and cannot be secured without a valid credit card. You must have the credit card you want to pay with when you check in to the hotel. If you will not have the credit card with you, contact the hotel at 619-310-9800.

Gaylord Pacific will email your hotel confirmation to the email address you provide during your reservation request. If you have questions about your reservation, please call the hotel at 619-310-9800.
Payment Policy
All guests are responsible for their own guest room, taxes, and incidental charges. Attendees will be charged an advance deposit to hold your reservation at the time of booking. Once you arrive at the hotel, you will be asked to present a valid credit card at check-in. For security purposes, if you are not the card holder, please contact the hotel at 619-310-9800 to complete a credit card authorization form. Note that checks are not an acceptable form of payment for your hotel stay.
Cancellation Policy
Individual attendees may cancel their guest room/suite reservations without penalty 5 days prior to your scheduled arrival date. Any remaining nights of a “no-show” reservation will be cancelled. If you need to cancel your reservation, refer to your booking acknowledgement email from Gaylord Pacific or call 619-310-9800.
